Our vision at Portland Group is to make our clients successful by increasing their efficiency and profitability through sustainable supply chain and procurement improvement. We have assisted clients across the Asia-Pacific region to achieve step changes in their profitability and working capital performance and our clients include many leading regional and global organisations.

Our goal is to be recognised as the leading provider of supply chain and procurement services in Asia, supporting clients through:

• Consulting services - developing strategies to drive significant and sustainable results by solving challenging business problems

• Solutions - developing and implementing best practice processes and systems to drive sustainable results

• Managed Services - managing critical business processes as an outsourced service; providing systems, processes and teams to deliver targeted outcomes for clients.

Our clients now include leading companies across a range of sectors including agribusiness, airlines, construction, defence, financial services (banking, funds management & insurance), healthcare (private and public), information technology, manufacturing (appliances, beverages, building materials, chemicals, food, metals, packaging, steel), mining, retail, telecommunications, wholesale distribution and utilities.

In order to support client efforts to source materials and services from Asia, Portland established an International Procurement Office (IPO) in 2007. Based in Shanghai, the IPO offers clients a range of Low Cost Country Sourcing services under a consulting and managed services model.
