Resource Augmentation
Our resource augmentation services provide clients with skills and resources they do not possess internally. Our expert resources can be provided to help clients meet their goals either for short or longer-term assignments, typically to fill gaps resulting from attrition, extended special leave commitments, backlogs and peak workloads.
The main difference between our Resource Augmentation and other services is that here, clients take responsibility for the management of the expert Portland resources provided.
